Non-Discrimination Statement

Pine Eagle School District 61 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, religion, disability, or age in its programs and activities or in employment.

This policy of non-discrimination applies to all educational programs, activities, and employment practices, including admissions, access, treatment, and employment in such programs and activities, in compliance with federal and state laws. These include, but are not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and Oregon Revised Statutes 659A.
