returning Student Instructions

This year we are using a new Student Information System called Synergy instead of Alma.

The Synergy parent portal, ParentVUE, will give you access to near real-time grades, attendance and other data about your child or children. You will be able to see records for all of your children with this single log- in. 

You can access ParentVUE through the Internet on your computer as well as on many mobile devices.

You will use ParentVUE to re-register your child(ren) for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.  Follow the link above to activate your Parent Account.

If you had a child or children enrolled at Pine Eagle last year (22-23) you must follow these steps below.  DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT as one has been created for you already.

1. Using your device's Internet browser, go to the web address listed above. 

2. Click on "I am a Parent." 

3. Click on the link to activate an account. 

4. Accept the privacy statement, then enter your first and last name exactly as shown at the bottom of this letter, along with the activation key. 

5. You'll be prompted to choose a username and password, provide an email address and complete your account set-up. Make sure to write down your password and keep it in a safe place.

Note that each parent will receive his or her own separate activation key, if he or she is listed in our records system. Your student will receive his or her StudentVUE login information at school. Right from the start, you'll be able to see and update your student's personal data, including parent/guardian phone numbers and addresses. When you first sign in, please take a few minutes to review your child's personal data and correct or update any inaccurate information. You should be able to see information for all of your children simply by clicking on their names. After you have your ParentVUE account setup, go here to register your student(s) (You must setup your account first): Register
